Development Associate

Reporting to the Development Director, the Development Associate position provides critical administrative, coordination and marketing support to the Development Department. This position’s primary functions, under the direction of the Development Director, include gift processing, maintaining The Raiser’s Edge database and donor records, drafting thank you letters and other donor stewardship communications in a timely manner, providing administrative assistance at the board development and marketing committee meetings, and managing the logistical and administrative details of all fundraising and cultivation events including the Annual Spring Luncheon, and coordinating annual and special mail and email appeals. Secondary functions may include assistance with the website, monthly e-newsletter, social media, and other fundraising events, and providing administrative assistance to the Development Director. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
